Process of purchasing an artwork

​

If you would like to purchase an artwork, you may do so directly through the Shopping Cart.  If you would like insurance on the artwork, please contact me with the name of the artwork you are interested in, and provide me with your shipping address (see more on shipping below, and refer to my shipping policy).  The Artist will email you the shipping options and prices based on the size of the artwork and your location. Once the Buyer has chosen the shipping option, the Artist will send you an invoice for payment. Once payment is made the Artist will send you your new artwork.

Buyer's obligation

​

The Buyer must make payment once an artwork has been purchased within five days. Payment must be made in full before an artwork is shipped.  If payment hasn't been made within five days, the Artist will contact the Buyer, and if the Buyer doesn't make payment withing a further two day, the Artist will consider the agreement for purchase cancelled, and will put the artwork up for sale.

 

Copyright

 

The Artist is the sole owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the artwork/s​ and in the online gallery. The Artist holds copyright in all content and elements of the online shop. You must not copy, alter or reproduce any artwork/s​ (or any part of an artwork/s​), content or logo, or the online shop​ (or any part of the online shop​), nor permit any person to do so without our prior written consent.

Colours

​

Artworks are displayed as accurately as possible however the colours displayed on your monitor will be different due to the calibration of your monitor.  The Artist, therefore, cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of the artworks will be accurate.

Price and Product Changes

​

The Artist may alter the prices of the artwork(s), and the artwork(s) available, and any other information in the gallery at any time before you place an order without notice.

​

Price and GST

​

The price for the artworks are in New Zealand dollars. GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax Act 1985) will be at the cost of the Artist.​

​

Duties, taxes or fees 

​

The Buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes or fees. This is based on the price of the artwork and fees will vary depending on the country you live in.

​

Shipping

 

The Artist will have the artwork/s delivered to the premises stated by the Buyer at the Buyer's cost within a reasonable time of accepting your order. The Artist will usually specify how many working days it will take for your order to be dispatched, and will take all reasonable methods to ensure that the artwork/s will be shipped to you by that date. The Artist is not liable for late delivery.

Artwork/s may be delivered in one or more deliveries depending on the size of the artworks.  Each delivery will be a separate contract independent from the other deliveries. Individual charges will remain unaltered.

The Artist does not accept liability for untracked and uninsured artwork. All untracked and uninsured artwork/s are shipped at the Buyers risk.

The Artist takes no responsibility for an incorrectly supplied or insufficient address.  If the Buyer has supplied an incorrect address the Artist will contact the shipping company to see if the artwork can be re-directed. Any costs associated with re-direction will be at the Buyers cost.

The Artist will not deliver the artwork(s) until the Buyer has paid in full.

Privacy Policy

​

In completing and submitting an order, you will be providing the Artist with personal information. The information you provide will be held by the Artist. Your personal details will not be sold or given to any other third party.
