This is an original oil painting on canvas measuring 15cm square (6 x 6") x 3.5cm deep. The artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity and is ready to hang.
 
I sketched and photographed “Kāruhiruhi”, or Pied Shag at Waikanae estuary, in Wellington, New Zealand.  They hang out in small groups there, and I prefer to be up-wind of them due to the smell! They are very cute though, and I enjoy painting them.
