Kiwi bird name: Jack
Jack hatched in January 2025 at Pūkaha National Wildlife Centre.
As a volunteer at Pūkaha, I have the privilege of helping the senior ranger with health checks, feeding, and cleaning out their pens, etc. From the photographs I’ve taken, I sketch my ideas before starting the painting process.
The prints are designed to make you smile and, over time, become treasured heirloom pieces.💚

- 21cm square (8.26" square), includes a 3 cm (1.18") border for framing purposes - $85.
- 25 cm square (9.84" square), includes a 3cm (1.18") border for framing purposes - $120.

Materials
200gsm Matte paper
Printed on 100% cotton with a smooth texture that allows for a beautiful traditional watercolour look and feel, whilst still reproducing pin-sharp details and colour consistency. The paper has the purest white tone available on the market, without any Optical Brightening Agents (OBAs). Optical Brightening Agents are artificial brighteners that deteriorate over time.
Ink: Archival UltraChrome Pro ink that provides superior colour accuracy and archival image stability. The ink is UV light resistant. Archival inks last up to 200 years, and are fade resistant.
