The NZ Fantail is a favourite of mine and I love its curious nature. They are so tame and will jump onto you, as humans attract its favourite meal – sandflies!.  This little painting is detailed using a micro-brush and took me two days to paint using oil paint in multiple layers.  
 
Measures 15cm square (6 x 6") x 3.5cm deep. The artwork is ready to hang.
