Shipping within New Zealand

Unframed art on paper - free shipping using standard post. NB: Rural addresses may incur a fee.

Canvas stretched (ready to hang) - the price is based on the size of the art and your location. Shipping options can be found on purchasing at the Cart.  Please ensure you select the correct size of the artwork you are purchasing, as this will be reflected in the shipping cost. International shipping

Shipping is at the Buyer's cost and is based on the size and weight of the artwork and your location. 

Shipping options can be found on purchasing at the Cart.  Use the drop-down button under your country to select the artwork type (paper, small canvas, large canvas, rolled in a tube, or round board).  See shipping options here.

The Buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees (such as Value Added Tax or Goods and Services Tax added in by the Buyer's country as the artwork purchased clears your country's customs). This is based on the price of the artwork and fees will vary depending on the country you live in. Make sure you know what these taxes are before purchasing.  The Artist is not responsible for these duties, taxes, and fees.

 

The artwork will be sent in its best condition and the Artist is not responsible for damage to the artwork once it has been delivered in good condition to the Buyer.

How will my artwork be packaged?

All artwork is wrapped in bubble wrap in either a tube or a box to prevent damage during transit.  All artwork will be tracked and must be signed on delivery. Please ensure someone is home. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, a card will be left by the delivery company.  See more information in my Shipping Policy.

Other things to note

The Artist will pay for New Zealand GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Check out the exchange rate!  The New Zealand dollar is generally lower than many countries.

I am unable to deliver to PO Boxes. 

Please note that I don't add any administration fees onto the shipping price.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct as packages cannot be redirected once they have been dispatched.

Open edition prints 

To save on packaging and shipping costs I can arrange for open edition giclee prints on paper to be printed at a professional printing company near your location. A 20% discount applies to the cost of purchasing an open edition print from me if choosing this option. The professional printing company will need to be approved by the Artist. The Buyer will be responsible for collecting the artwork from the printer and will pay the printer for the cost of printing. Any printing issues will be between the professional printing company and the Buyer. All other costs associated with this process will be at the Buyers cost.  Not all countries are eligible for this option.
